Working out one-on-one with CJ allows for a variety of PERSONALIZED workouts that will constantly keep your body guessing and never adapting which will then help transform you and help you reach your health and fitness goals.

About CJ
I have been in the health and fitness industry for the past 20 years. Growing up I was always involved in various sports and ended up becoming an All-American Collegiate Swimmer. Being an athlete really directed me on my path and life's work as I quickly realized that I wanted to help people learn how to get in shape and be able to display the athletic qualities that they may or may not know that they have. Receiving my Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Kinesiology solidified that decision, and I have never wanted to pursue any other career. Since receiving my degrees I have received my ACE Certified Personal Training Certification, ACE Senior Fitness Specialist, ACE Orthopedic Exercise Specialist Certification, ACE Weight Management Specialist and my TRX Functional Training Certification. I was awarded Best Personal Training Business in El Dorado Hills in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. Throughout my years of experience I have found an incredible amount of joy helping each of my clients achieve goals that they never dreamed were possible. I treat each of my clients as the individuals that they are, and I train them the way they need to be trained for maximum results based on their individual goals and body mechanics. I hope to get the same opportunity to train you as well!

I've had surgery on both of my knees, one in '17 and one in '18 and I have to say that CJ has helped me gain the strength back in both without doing unnecessary damage that I would have done trying to rebuild them on my own. She reinforces positive energy and encourages me to have a higher level of focus on my wellness and health, which I admittedly don't always push myself to focus on. Reminding me that I should also be a priority in my busy life.

CJ is the absolute best trainer around! I was never comfortable going to the gym and doing my own workouts unless I was to run on the treadmill or attend a class. However, with my busy schedule, I couldn't always make the class I wanted and in turn would simply not go. But when I got engaged to become married, I knew I needed some help to get in shape. That is when I got hooked up with CJ. She created workouts that were a perfect fit for me! And I absolutely LOVED going to my sessions. CJ always makes the workouts fun and challenging and helped the time fly by!

I have been training with CJ for a year as of 10/21. I am in my mid 50s and suffering from arthritis already. One day I realized my joints won't cooperate and I better get some muscle to help me get around in life. Best decision I ever made. CJ keeps me going. I am very quick to push my workouts to the side for others reasons. CJ doesn't let me do that. We move appointments if needed but don't cancel. I feel 10 years younger than when I started. It takes patience and persistence and CJ helps you obtain that. She is also there for a good talk when you need someone to listen.
